Scottish Smoked Trout

Locally reared in the Scottish Borders, our trout are carefully gutted and filleted in our state of the art factory in Dunbar. They are cured then hot roast smoked or traditionally cold smoked over oak whisky barrel chips in our smokehouse before being vacuum packed.

Smoked trout's delicate flavour makes it the perfect choice for those looking for something deliciously different. It's a fantastic ingredient for brunches, lunches, picnics, canapes, pasta sauces and salads. Smoked Trout is rich in omega 3's selenium and Vitamin D.
