Scottish Smoked Salmon

Produced from salmon reared in the clear waters of the Shetland Islands, cured and smoked using our own traditional family recipe for the last 30 years. Smoked over oak chips from whisky barrels and using a traditional rum cure, Dunbar Smoked Salmon is distinctive in its unique texture and flavour. Succulent, hand sliced Scottish smoked salmon, at its very best, is a gift everyone can enjoy.

Cold Smoked Salmon

Cured in rum and Demerera sugar, smoked over whisky cask chips and then hand-sliced.

Available in 200g, 250g, 500g or 1Kg sides.
