Smoked Cheese
Our Lammermuir Smoked Cheese is a mature Scottish Chedder smoked over whisky barrel chips which gives it a beautiful flavour. We have been producing this cheese for over 20 yearsnow and it continues to be a firm favourite. Delicious on its own, with oatcakes, in sauces or accompanied by a lovely glass of red wine or a nice Lowland malt whisky (Glenkinchie by choice)
Our Dunlop Smoked Cheese which is traditionally produced in Ayrshire is a recent addition to our range. The truckles are brought to Dunbar for smoking. The lightly smokes cheese is a great addition to a cheeseboard.
Both cheeses are suitable for vegetarians.
