Delivery
1. We presently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For overseas orders please telephone 01368 863244 to see if we can meet your requirements
2. Packing and delivery charges are as follows: Standard order (regardless of size) £8.50. The appropriate charge will be added to your order at check-out. We despatch deliveries Monday to Thursday. We do not recommend a Friday despatch in case an order cannot be delivered by the carrier and then is held in a depot for the weekend. Delivery will be arranged via overnight courier or postal service utilising a carrier of Belhaven Smokehouse Ltd's choice.
3. Subject to availability of goods, orders will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and confirmation of payment. Alternatively you can specify a delivery date (Tuesday to Friday) as long as this is not sooner than 5 working days from the order date. We would make sure that someone is available at the destination address to receive the goods. You can specify any special delivery instructions on the order form (eg. Leave in garage, etc.)
4. Your goods will be securely packed in an insulated box or postal packet and we will not be responsible for deterioration of goods due to unsuccessful delivery by the courier (eg. person not at home or delay in post).
5. If your order is being sent to another party as a gift, it is essential that you inform the recipient so that they are available to receive the shipment.
