Belhaven Smokehouse produce the very best quality Scottish smoked salmon, smoked trout and smoked cheese. Our smoked products are cured using an old family recipe and smoked over oak shavings from whisky casks, producing a distinct and unique flavour. Belhaven smoked salmon, trout and cheese have an excellent reputation for quality and taste with a typical shelf life of 4 weeks from production and are supplied to top restaurants and food lovers alike!
Belhaven Smokehouse Shop
The Belhaven Smokehouse is located on the outskirts of Dunbar, near John Muir Country Park in East Lothian. The Smokehouse Shop is open 7 days a week from 10-5. In addition to stocking our freshly smoked salmon, trout and cheese, we also stock a large range of mainly locally produced top quality food and beverage products, including cider made by neighbouring Thistlycross Cider. If you can't make it to Dunbar, we also have stalls at the Haddington Farmer's Market (last Saturday of every month) and the Edinburgh Farmers' Markets - most Saturday mornings @ Johnstone Terrace, where you can purchase our products.
